Shipping & Delivery
We ship all Cheeky Lime Bags through either Fedex Smart Post, Fedex Ground, or USPS (Express options are available at an additional cost). If choosing our Free Shipping option (available only within the USA), the shipping method will be Fedex Smart Post which can take approximately 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Expedited and international shipping options are also available at checkout.
Privacy & Security
We understand the importance of privacy and credit card fraud in today's online marketplaces. For this reason, we are dedicated to keeping your information private and secure. Cheeky Lime is in contract with Google Checkout, Paypal, and Authorize.net, all of which use the latest anti-fraud technology to help fight against fraud and spammers and will NEVER share your financial information with merchants and/or private companies. Here at cheekylime.com we will never sell your personal information to anyone.
Returns & Replacements
At Cheeky Lime, we are all about customer satisfaction!  If for any reason, you are not happy with your Cheeky Lime Bag, you can return your product, in new/perfect condition, within 7 days of receiving your bag. 
Prior to returning your product, please contact us at sales@cheekylime.com to request a return.  In this email, include the word, “return” in the subject line, and please detail why you are returning your product.  
Once we approve your return, you can return your bag to the address we provide. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt as well as a print out of our email correspondence. We will credit your account within 7 business days of receiving your return.  Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.  All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your unused Cheeky Lime Bag, please contact us at sales@cheekylime.com for further instructions.
Warranty & Repairs
Cheeky Lime bags and accessories are crafted using top-quality materials and hardware. All Cheeky Lime products come with a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects. In the rare event that your Cheeky Lime bag fails due to manufacturing or material defects within the first year of purchase, please contact us at sales@cheekylime.com
